Sexytime is always a FUN TIME

For those who ventured out to Sexytime Friday night

THANKS SO MUCH!!!

We had a TERRIFIC SHOW and Heather and I are now poised and ready to take over the world. Thanks to our comics: Nick Thune, Eliza Faria-Santos, and Curtis Gwinn!! And a huge thanks to Randy Jones, our very special guest!! (Sorry for the lack of pics of Eliza and Curtis--they were very funny and very great to look at but our photographers were drinking and kind forgot about the camera maybe?)

Enjoy the pics.

We were introduced by the lovely, Christina Savage.
She has the name of a wrestler but a heart of gold.

Heather and Mr. Randy Jones--he brought us t-shirts and CDs and sang us a song.
And we're neighbors!!
Check Randy out here.

"How I Met My Boyfriend"
He was homeless and gave me his pants.

Fresh from LA, Nick Thune looks thoughtful here--he is about to make us laugh.

"How I Met My Boyfriend"
He saved me from this crazy Frenhcman.
Thanks to Jake Goldman for a rousing impersonation.

"How I Met My Boyfriend"
On the internet just like everyone else these days.

February 16th is the next installment. It will be Valentine's Day themed and not lame. We've got a line up so good, your mom is going to want to bone us on stage.

Our AMAZIN' guests

Nick Thune:
www.NickThune.com

Biography written in the first person by Nick Thune.
I was born in Seattle where I lived in-and-around for the next 24 years. I gave up working for my bachelor degree at Bellevue Community College after 2.5 years. Soon after, I started playing really stupid songs at local musical open microphones. I wasn’t funny or musicians don’t like being made fun of; either way, I didn’t enjoy bombing in my hometown. Soon after I moved to Los Angeles.

That brings us to today:
I am a stand-up comedian. You can see me at the Hollywood Improv, The Laugh Factory, terrible coffee houses or bars, and other places around the country depending on my schedule. In the winter of 2006 I was invited to perform at the HBO Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Co. Soon after Comedy Central asked me make some short films and shoot a stand-up special (special will be airing in 2007).

I am also an actor. I recently did some small to medium size roles in Unaccompanied Minors, Knocked Up, License to Wed, and Spring Breakdown. The films are in the process of being finished. All are set to release in late 2006 and early 2007.

Curtis Gwinn

Curtis' credits include writing for the Onion, Comedy Central and FOX Seachlight Pictures. He's currently starring in and producing a pilot with his partner John Gemberling for the popular Adult Swim block on the Cartoon Network.

Curtis can be seen in lots of other great comedy shows. He performs every Friday night with his improv ensemble, Death by Roo Roo, every month in the storytelling show, The Nights of Our Lives and every now and again with his sketch group The Brighter Side.

One of the most beloved entertainers and pop icons from the Disco era, American Music Award winner Randy Jones came to embody The Cowboy in Village People in a way that has captured the public imagination for decades.

As renowned entertainment writer Liz Smith's choice of all the Village People to achieve individual fame, Randy has been showered with commendations in his career, including the GEORGIE AWARD (presented by the American Guild of Variety Artists), multiple BILLBOARD MAGAZINE DANCE FORUM AWARDS, the prestigious GOLDEN LION, Canada's JUNO, The Radio Television Luxembourg RTL DIAMOND AWARD, Germany's BRAVO AWARDS and the Holy Grail of Rock & Roll, the cover of ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE.

In his new eclectic pop collection, TICKET TO THE WORLD, RJ reveals yet another dimension of his ability which may surprise more than a few people.
